You’re booking on the system we build — your clients would do this on your site, under your brand.
It rings. Noor answers. It books.
Follow the call from start to finish: Noor, the digital assistant on your line, picks up in Dutch or English, offers open slots from your own calendar and confirms by text — while you stay with your client. Callers hear it up front: Noor introduces itself as a digital assistant, never as a person.

The front of the system — and why it’s yours
Your own site, filling your book
On a marketplace you're one profile among forty, and the customer it brings stays theirs. Your own site ranks on Google for your neighbourhood and takes bookings while you work — no app, no login, no commission.
Every missed call, answered
Hands busy when the phone rings? Noor — the digital assistant on your line — picks up in Dutch or English, gives prices and hours, and writes the booking straight into the calendar. This is the part no marketplace does.
Web, phone and walk-ins, one view
Every booking lands in a single view per professional, synced with Google Calendar. The owner sees the day — and the week — at a glance.
Fewer no-shows, more stars
A reminder 24 hours before. A review nudge after the visit — to your Google, not theirs. A message that brings quiet clients back.
The month closes itself.
Every paid appointment counts itself in. A receipt is a photo — the VAT split is worked out by the app. And on the 1st the package for your bookkeeper is ready: the numbers, the receipts and the quarterly VAT. The shoebox full of receipts can go out with the paper.
See what the app keeps track of →You're not choosing between cheaper and pricier. You're choosing between renting and owning.
A marketplace is a great way to be discovered by strangers. But everything you build on it stays theirs — the profile, the customer, the review, the relationship. The day you leave, you leave with nothing. We build the other half: the system that turns your own phone, your walk-ins and your regulars into bookings you keep forever.
Stop renting your clients. Own your booking system.
Pick a slot and we'll show you the system running, with your numbers. The widget you're about to use? That's the product.
20 minutes · a phone call, not a slide deck · NL / EN / ESQuestions owners ask
What does it cost?
A flat monthly fee from €49.99, depending on which pieces you need. No commission per booking, no setup surprises, no lock-in.
Do I have to leave the marketplace?
No. Many shops keep a marketplace for being discovered by strangers, and route their regulars, walk-ins and phone calls through their own system. You simply stop paying commission on people who were already yours.
What languages does Noor, the phone assistant, speak?
Dutch and English today, Spanish next. Noor answers naturally, gives prices and opening hours, and books straight into your calendar — and always introduces itself as a digital assistant, never as a person.
Who owns the data?
You do. The website, the customer list, the reviews and the calendar live in your accounts, under your brand. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.
Does this replace my bookkeeper?
No — emphatically not. The app tracks what comes in and what goes out, works out the quarterly VAT and puts a clean export together every month. Your bookkeeper still does the filing — they just get it handed over instead of in a shoebox.
Do I need to be good with numbers?
No. The app shows three things anyone can read: what came in, what went out and what you keep. The rest — the VAT, the splits, the export — it works out by itself.
How long does setup take?
About two weeks from the first call: we map how bookings reach you today, build the system in your accounts, and hand you the keys.
The owner’s letter
One short email, every so often: what we learn operating the system real shops run on — what fills a book, what kills a no-show, how a month closes without a spreadsheet, what the marketplaces don’t tell you.
