Barbershops

Booked solid, while you cut.

Half a barbershop’s day walks in off the street; the other half calls mid-fade. We build the system that catches both — your own booking site, an AI receptionist on your phone line, and one calendar per chair.

37% of calls to the trade go unanswered
85% of missed callers book somewhere else
24/7 your line answered, in Dutch or English

All of this ships inside the system

Your own booking website · AI phone in NL / EN · Per-chair calendar · Walk-ins from the counter · No-show reminders · Rebooking nudge · Reviews to your own Google · Google Calendar sync · Service menu with prices · Summary of every call · The owner’s app · Quarterly VAT, worked out · €0 commission

Where barbershops lose bookings

01

The phone rings mid-fade

Both chairs busy, clippers in hand. 37% of calls to shops go unanswered — and 85% of missed callers book with a competitor.

02

Your regulars, their commission

A regular rebooks through the marketplace app, and the marketplace takes a cut of a relationship you built chair-side.

03

Saturday no-shows

An empty chair at 15:00 on Saturday is revenue you never get back. Without reminders, it keeps happening.

What the system does for a barbershop

Booking website for barbershops

Booked in three taps, no app, no account

On a marketplace you’re one profile among forty. Your own site shows only you.

  • Ranks on Google for “barber + your neighbourhood”
  • Your services, your prices and your fades, on your own domain
  • Every booking lands in the right chair on the calendar by itself
Noor, the AI receptionist

Answered while you cut

The phone rings mid-fade and nobody puts down the clippers. Noor, the digital assistant on your line, picks up anyway.

  • Answers in Dutch or English with your prices and hours
  • Writes the booking straight into the calendar, chair included
  • Leaves you a summary of every call on the dashboard
The day, per chair

Walk-ins, web and phone in one view

Three doors in, one calendar that never double-books.

  • One column per chair, walk-ins added in two taps
  • Synced with Google Calendar in both directions
  • The owner sees the day — and the week — at a glance
From first cut to regular

The book refills itself at week five

A fade grows out in five weeks. The system knows, and moves just before.

  • A reminder 24 hours ahead that kills Saturday no-shows
  • A rebooking message with a one-tap link to their usual slot
  • A review nudge after the visit — to your Google, not someone else’s
Your money

The VAT refund you never knew you were owed

Lots of small receipts, walk-ins and cash. You charge 9% on the cut and pay 21% on your supplies — there are quarters where the VAT swings your way.

  • The quarterly VAT already worked out — with a note when you’re owed money back
  • A walk-in is logged from the front desk in ten seconds
  • On the 1st: the package for your bookkeeper, receipts and all

★★★★★ New review — on your Google, not theirs

You're not choosing between cheaper and pricier. You're choosing between renting and owning.

A marketplace is a great way to be discovered by strangers. But everything you build on it stays theirs — the profile, the customer, the review, the relationship. The day you leave, you leave with nothing. We build the other half: the system that turns your own phone, your walk-ins and your regulars into bookings you keep forever.

What barbers ask

Does it handle walk-ins or only bookings?

Both. Walk-ins are added from the counter in two taps and take their chair on the same calendar as web and phone bookings, so nobody gives away a slot that no longer exists.

What happens when the phone rings and both chairs are busy?

Noor answers straight away, quotes prices and hours, and writes the booking into the right chair. You find out from the dashboard summary, not from a missed call.

What does it cost for a barbershop?

A flat fee from €49.99 a month depending on the plan, with no commission per booking. Noor, the phone assistant, starts on the Pro plan — the details are on the pricing page.

Do I have to leave my marketplace?

No. Plenty of shops keep one for being found by strangers, and route regulars, walk-ins and calls through their own system — and stop paying commission on people who were already theirs.

Does it work with several barbers?

Yes. Each barber has their own column, services and slots, and clients choose who they book with. The Premium plan adds full multi-professional scheduling.

How long until it’s running?

About two weeks from the first call: we map how your bookings arrive today, build the system in your accounts and hand you the keys.

Stop renting your clients. Own your booking system.

Pick a slot and we'll show you the system running, with your numbers. The widget you're about to use? That's the product.

The owner’s letter

One short email, every so often: what we learn operating the system real shops run on — what fills a book, what kills a no-show, how a month closes without a spreadsheet, what the marketplaces don’t tell you.
