Salons

Colour, care and a book that fills itself.

Salon bookings are long, layered and expensive to lose. We build the system that protects them — deposits on colour, reminders before every visit, and a booking site that works when your clients actually book: at night.

37% of calls to the trade go unanswered
85% of missed callers book somewhere else
24/7 your line answered, in Dutch or English

All of this ships inside the system

Your own booking website · Deposits on colour · Menu with real durations · No-show reminders · AI phone in NL / EN · Bookings at 23:00 · Reviews to your own Google · Google Calendar sync · Client profiles · Automatic rebooking · The owner’s app · 9% and 21%, split automatically · €0 commission

Where salons lose money

01

A no-show on a 2.5-hour colour

Balayage blocks half an afternoon. When it doesn’t show up, no walk-in fills a 2.5-hour hole.

02

Clients book at 23:00 — or not at all

If booking means calling during opening hours, the impulse dies on the sofa. The client drifts to whoever has a book-now button.

03

Reviews locked in someone else’s app

Five years of five-star reviews sit inside a marketplace profile. Leave, and they stay behind.

What the system does for a salon

Booking website for salons

Open when the sofa decides

Your clients book at night. Your site takes the booking — deposit already paid.

  • A full menu with real durations and prices per treatment
  • Booking from the phone, no app, no account
  • Ranks on Google for “salon + your neighbourhood”
Deposits on colour

A 2.5-hour balayage, protected

Long slots are the most expensive ones to lose. Deposits armour them.

  • Automatic deposits on treatments above the threshold you set
  • No-shows drop the day it goes live
  • A clear cancellation policy, charged without arguments
Reminders & reviews

Fewer gaps, more stars on your Google

Every visit ends by seeding the next one.

  • A reminder 24 hours ahead with one-tap confirmation
  • A review nudge after the visit, pointed at your own profile
  • A rebooking message when the colour or cut comes due
Noor, the AI phone

Answered with your hands in the dye

The salon works; Noor, the digital assistant, takes the line.

  • Answers in Dutch or English, with your menu and prices
  • Books straight into the right professional’s column
  • A summary of every call in the owner’s app
Your money

9% on the colour, 21% on the shampoo

You cut and colour at 9% and sell a bottle of shampoo at 21% the same afternoon. That’s exactly where everyone gets tangled up — not here.

  • On every income the app proposes the rate itself: service or product
  • The base-and-VAT split is worked out by the app, not by you
  • The quarterly VAT and the export for your bookkeeper, ready on the 1st

★★★★★ New review — on your Google, not theirs

You're not choosing between cheaper and pricier. You're choosing between renting and owning.

A marketplace is a great way to be discovered by strangers. But everything you build on it stays theirs — the profile, the customer, the review, the relationship. The day you leave, you leave with nothing. We build the other half: the system that turns your own phone, your walk-ins and your regulars into bookings you keep forever.

What salons ask

Can I ask for deposits on some treatments only?

Yes. You set the threshold — say, colour and anything over an hour — and the system asks for it automatically at booking.

Do clients need an app?

No. They book on your website from their phone, nothing to download, no account to create. Less friction, more finished bookings.

What happens to my marketplace reviews?

New ones go to your own Google profile, which stays with you forever. The old ones stay where they are — one more reason to start sooner.

What does it cost for a salon?

A flat fee from €49.99 a month depending on the plan, no commission per booking. Deposits and reminders ship on every plan; Noor, the phone assistant, starts on Pro.

Does it work with several professionals?

Yes. Each one has her own column, services and timings, and clients choose who they book with. The Premium plan adds full multi-professional scheduling.

How long does setup take?

About two weeks from the first call: we map your menu and your rules, build the system in your accounts and hand you the keys.

Stop renting your clients. Own your booking system.

Pick a slot and we'll show you the system running, with your numbers. The widget you're about to use? That's the product.

The owner’s letter

One short email, every so often: what we learn operating the system real shops run on — what fills a book, what kills a no-show, how a month closes without a spreadsheet, what the marketplaces don’t tell you.
