This site does one thing with your data: it lets you book a call with us. Here is exactly what that involves — what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights Dutch and EU law (AVG/GDPR) gives you.
What we collect
When you book a call we ask for your name, your business name, your email address and your phone number, plus your trade and — if you write one — a short message. We also record the time slot you chose, the page you booked from and the language you used.
The site itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no font CDN sees your visit. Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes your IP address as part of technically serving the pages.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to schedule and hold the introduction call you asked for, and to follow up on that conversation. We do not sell your details, add you to newsletters, or share them with anyone for marketing.
Legal basis
We process these details on the basis of your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — the checkbox you tick when booking. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your details.
How long we keep it
If we don’t end up working together, we delete your booking details within 12 months of our last contact. If you become a client, the details move into our client administration, where legal retention periods (such as the 7-year Dutch fiscal rule) apply.
Who processes it
Your booking travels through our own scheduling system. The processors we rely on (hosting, calendar, email) only receive what they need to deliver the service and are bound by processing agreements.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, to restrict its processing, or to withdraw your consent. Email autobarber.alan@gmail.com and we’ll respond within a month. Not happy with how we handle it? You can complain to the Dutch supervisor, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
