Every plan builds the same thing: the system your business runs on, in your accounts, under your brand. What changes is how much of it is switched on: the calendar ships on every plan, the phone and your money start on Pro. No commission on any plan — not now, not at two hundred bookings a month.

Your numbers & your receipts Yours — exportable any day

We’re not your bookkeeper. We make sure yours has everything: the numbers, the receipts and the quarterly VAT, ready on the 1st. The filing is theirs.

All prices excl. 21% BTW. One-time setup fee, quoted per shop. Month to month — no lock-in, cancel anytime.

Same system. Tuned to your trade.

A barbershop books walk-ins into fifteen-minute chairs and needs the phone answered mid-fade. A salon runs colour appointments that block two hours and a book that fills weeks ahead. A clinic books ninety-minute treatments with intake forms and stricter cancellation rules.

The plans are the same. What we build inside them isn’t. We map how your bookings actually work before we build anything — the slots, the rules, the language, the prices Noor quotes on your phone.

Fade District

Turn first cuts into regulars.

Walk-ins, two chairs and a phone that rings mid-fade. Noor answers in Dutch or English, the calendar fills per chair, and every review lands on your own Google.

See how it works
Salon Linde

Colour, care and a full book.

Longer treatments, deposits on colour, and clients who book at 23:00 from the sofa. The system takes all of it without a single phone call.

See how it works
Kliniek Aura

High-ticket bookings, handled with care.

International clientele, higher tickets, stricter agendas. Intake forms arrive before the visit and deposits protect every slot.

See how it works

A marketplace charges you for every new client it sends — forever. We charge you a flat fee to build something you keep. If we ever part ways, you walk out with the website, the customer list, the reviews and the calendar.

The honest comparison

Alan, next to the alternatives.

Prices and commissions as published in July 2026, sources at the bottom — including the row where each competitor beats us. A comparison you can only trust on the flattering rows is worth nothing.

Where each one wins

This is the row that makes the rest of the table worth believing.

  • Fresha The core really is free, and its consumer marketplace is enormous. If what you want is for a stranger to find you, Fresha brings you strangers. Alan doesn’t.
  • Salonized It’s Dutch, the support is Dutch, and it has spent years inside the bookkeeping and habits of the trade here. Its €21 entry plan is also cheaper than ours.
  • Squire The deepest product in the world built specifically for barbershops: point of sale, payroll, inventory, chair management. If you need all of that in one place, Squire has it.
  • Planity A very strong consumer app in France and Belgium, and no commission on appointments.
  • Alan We have no marketplace, and that’s on purpose: nobody will send you clients who aren’t yours, but nobody will charge you for the ones who already were. We are, though, the only ones on this table who work out your quarterly VAT and put your bookkeeper’s package together on the 1st. And we’re the newest and the smallest name here.
Footnotes
  1. Prices checked in July 2026. Fresha and Squire publish in USD; euro pricing varies by region.
  2. Salonized publishes its prices excluding VAT.
  3. Planity publishes no pricing: the €74–114/month range comes from third-party analyses, not from Planity itself.
  4. The Treatwell commission applies to Salonized’s integration with Treatwell, not to Salonized on its own.

Pricing, without the fine print

What’s the setup fee?

A one-time fee, quoted per shop, that covers building the system: your site, your booking rules, your calendar, your AI phone if you take it. We quote it on the call once we’ve seen how you work — it depends on how much there is to build, not on how big you are.

Am I locked in?

No. Month to month, cancel whenever. We’d rather keep you because the book is full than because a contract says so.

What happens if I leave?

You keep everything. The website, the customer list, the reviews on your Google, the calendar, your numbers and your receipts — they’re in your accounts, in your name, from day one. That’s the whole point of the thing.

Does this replace my bookkeeper?

No, and we don’t want it to. We bring them the work done: every month the income, the costs, the receipt photos and the quarterly VAT are ready, in a file they can open directly. What they charge for sorting papers stops making sense; what they charge for knowing things is worth exactly what it was.

Is the money side included in Basic?

No. Basic is the calendar: your site, your bookings, your reminders and the owner’s app. The money — income, costs, VAT and the export for your bookkeeper — starts on Pro.

Do I have to leave my marketplace?

No. Plenty of shops keep one for being found by strangers, and route their regulars, walk-ins and phone calls through their own system. You simply stop paying a commission on people who were already yours.

Can I start on Basic and add the phone later?

Yes — most shops do. You start with the site and the calendar, see the book fill, and switch on Noor when you’re tired of missing calls. Changing plan takes a day.

Is there a discount if I pay yearly?

Yes — pay for twelve months up front and two are on us.

Do the prices include BTW?

No, prices are excluding 21% BTW. If you’re a registered business you reclaim it, so the real cost to you is the number you see.

Twenty minutes, your numbers, the system running live.

Not a slide deck.
