Your team sees the day.
One link you share over WhatsApp that opens the shop’s calendar on any phone. No accounts, no passwords, nothing to install — and not one figure from your business.
Share this link with your team. They see the day’s appointments, without touching your settings or seeing your numbers.
Nobody installs an app to look at their shift
One link over WhatsApp on day one and onto the phone’s home screen. No sign-up, no password to recover every other week, nobody calling you to get in.
The shop’s whole day, not just their own
They see the full day with who’s taking each appointment, so they cover for each other without asking you. And whoever is at the desk adds the walk-in who just came in — it lands in the same list as everything else.
Your figures are none of the staff’s business
Not the day’s total, not the average ticket, not what each person brings in, not the VAT. The team view doesn’t have those screens — they’re not hidden behind a permission.
Someone leaves: cut it and share again
You generate a new link and the old one opens nothing, for everyone at once. Two minutes in the team group and it’s done — no deactivating users one by one.
Good to know
How many people can use it?
Your whole team, on the same link.
What if the link leaks?
You generate a new one in Settings and the old one dies that second. And even open, it only shows the day’s calendar: no contact details, no prices, no settings.
Can each person see only their own appointments?
For now the view is the whole shop’s, with the name of whoever is taking each appointment: in a team of two to five, knowing what your colleague is doing is exactly what you need.
